YouTube is all nice and shiny on the viewer side of things, but a lot is happening behind the scenes to make it work. Our established YouTube channels that cover breaking technology news, original research, hottest product reviews, and in-depth analysis need your help.

You

An organized problem-solver with an interest in the backstage of YouTube.

In this role, you'll help our in-house and freelance creative teams communicate with each other to achieve the top results.

What Will You Do

• Manage the end-to-end video creation process, ensuring smooth workflow from idea generation to final upload
• Upload videos to YouTube channels following established guidelines, including metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags, etc.)
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by maintaining close communication with in-house team members, freelancers, and other stakeholders
• Track and manage project progress using task management systems to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
• Analyze and track data related to video performance and provide insights to improve content and processes
• Provide expertise and constructive feedback on video production, ensuring quality and adherence to the brand's vision
• Oversee the YouTube comment section by curating and managing community interactions to maintain a positive audience experience
• Assist senior colleagues with various daily tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows
  
  
  

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• Advanced written and spoken English skills for clear communication (Spanish language would be a plus)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing complex workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, both for in-person interactions and remote collaboration
• A passion for YouTube and familiarity with its platform, trends, and audience behaviors
• Experience using task management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools) to keep projects on track
• An analytical mindset with a basic understanding of data tracking and video performance metrics
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges

GROSS SALARY

• 2000 - 2600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
