Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze system performance and assess issues such as false positives and system efficiency.
• Create actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Use both internal and external data sources to investigate system errors.
• Maintain and improve data models, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and research teams to enhance system performance.
• Perform data labeling to support AI algorithm improvements.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop data dashboards and visualizations to present insights.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Python, particularly in data manipulation with Pandas.
• 3+ years of experience working with large-scale data in a data analysis role.
• Experience writing scripts for large data set analysis.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools to build dashboards.
• Strong skills in statistical analysis and presenting findings.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
