YOUR MISSION

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in the health sector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing technological projects, focusing on health sector solutions, while ensuring effective communication, risk management, and delivery of project objectives.

Daily Tasks:

• Monitoring and following up on IT projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Managing changes and overseeing the mitigation of risks and constraints.
• Preparing detailed reports and monitoring KPIs to track project progress and performance.

YOUR PROFILE

Mandatory Requirements:

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Business Intelligence for Health, Management Informatics, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Post-graduate training in Project Management is mandatory.

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience in managing and implementing technological projects within the health sector.
• Hands-on experience with health sector solutions, specifically the hospital area.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership experience.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of:
• ITIL
• SQL/PL-SQL
• Citrix
• Power BI
• SQL Server
• Active Directory
• Outsystems

Behavioral Skills:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple technological projects simultaneously.
• High resistance to stress and ability to adapt to diverse profiles, realities, and situations.
