UX Designer (f/m/d)

This appeals to you

• Produce Wireframes, high quality Prototypes, and User Interfaces that clearly and effectively communicate the specifications for the Front-End developers.
• Build and maintain a Pattern Library that aligns with the corporate Design Pattern Guidelines and adheres to the Token Architecture.
• Highly self-sufficient in producing designs and validating the outcome with users.
• Continuously optimise the usability of our platform using both quantitive and qualitative user research methods.
• Collaborate closely with our development and quality assurance teams in an agile environment, ensuring the seamless transition of design throughout the project life-cycle.

This is you

• 3-5 years of experience as a UX Design professional, preferably in the SaaS, IoT or Data Integration fields.
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining Design Systems and Pattern Libraries.
• Demonstrated skills in UX Design, UI Design, and Usability Testing.
• Demonstrated skills in how User Research informed decision making on User Interfaces.
• Strong understanding of best practices and trends.
• Highly proficient in Figma; knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Proven experience in agile workspaces and with interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity in HTML/CSS/JS is appreciated but not a prerequisite for this role.
