Senior UX/UI Designer!

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces and improving user experiences? We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing an engaging high-tech platform while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Design an intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interface for our platform.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Work alongside frontend developers to implement designs into the platform seamlessly.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine the user experience.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs and collaborate with developers to solve any design-related challenges.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design processes.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation and style guides.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to align design work with business goals.
• Optimize designs for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum B.A. in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Software Development, Industrial Design, or a related field. MBA or Master’s in Interaction Design from a top-40 university is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role within a technology-driven company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and previous projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization is a plus.
