As an IT Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions that enhance the organization's collaboration, productivity, and business processes.

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the M365 environment and Azure to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. 
• SharePoint Development: Develop and maintain SharePoint-based applications, workflows, and integrations. Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and pages to optimize collaboration and content management. 
• Power Platform Development: Create Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to streamline business processes and data visualization. 
• Extend and customize Power Platform solutions to meet complex business needs. 
• Security and Compliance: Ensure M365 solutions comply with security and compliance standards. Implement security best practices and conduct regular audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. 
• Optional: Teams Integration. Build and integrate applications with Microsoft Teams to enhance communication and collaboration. Develop Teams apps and bots to automate processes and improve user experience. 
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and provide training and support to end-users and other team members. 
  
  

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field.
• Proven experience as an M365 Developer or similar role. 
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and related M365 technologies. 
• Strong programming skills using languages such as JavaScript, C#, PowerShell and React. 
• Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment on platforms like Azure. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Microsoft certifications related to M365 development (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Developer Associate) are a plus. 
• SharePoint Online (and on premise as a plus). 
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development (React). 
• Power Apps, Power Automate development (and Power BI as a plus). 
• Azure Services (Functions, App Service, cognitive services, etc.) 
• REST API integration and web services. 
• Version control systems (Preference Azure DevOps). 
• Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features.
