Responsibilities:


Maintain, support, and enhance the Software Factory:

  • Oversee and manage components such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Nexus, SonarQube, and Digital.ai Deploy and Release.
  • Help extend the Software Factory's scope by assisting other teams in integrating their technologies.
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines for Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery, along with quality gates and dashboards.
  • Provide ongoing support to development teams.
  • Develop applications, scripts, or plugins to automate processes or extend platform functionality.


Manage and support the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform:

  • Configure, maintain, and manage the OpenShift platform, including cluster setup.
  • Provide technical support to development teams using the platform.


Administer and support Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP):

  • Handle setup, maintenance, and upgrades of the platform.
  • Define and implement governance and processes.
  • Guide development teams in their automation efforts and onboard them onto the platform.


Maintain and support the Elastic Stack:

  • Manage, maintain, and enhance the Elastic Stack platform.
  • Automate the deployment and configuration processes.
  • Offer support to development teams using the platform.


Contribute to technical architecture design:

  • Participate in defining the technical architecture for solutions managed by the Container & Development Platform Team.


Provide training:

  • Deliver training on all components to team members and stakeholders.


Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3 to 6 years of technology-related experience, ideally in a similar professional domain.
  • Experience in application development processes (Java, .Net, Python) using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, initiative, and teamwork while contributing to shared objectives.
  • Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and meet deadlines for urgent requests.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to challenge solutions while offering alternative perspectives.
  • Proficiency in designing cross-functional components, Software Factory components, and technical architectures.
  • Experience with packaging tools like Maven, NPM, etc.
  • Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience in automation, particularly with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
  • Scripting experience in Groovy, Shell, and other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gitlab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Ansible, Digital.ai Deploy and Release, and the Elastic Stack (ELK).
  • Proficiency with Git is a plus.
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of adapting to new challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex information effectively.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English, with the ability to actively contribute to meetings in both languages.
