Role Overview

As the Product Manager for PriceAgent, you will be responsible for owning and delivering on the company's product roadmap and ensuring it meets customer needs and ambitious business objectives. Acting as the key link between the development team, executive leadership, and customers, you will guide the product's strategic direction and operational execution.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Management

  • Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business goals in partnership with the Chief Product Officer
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity in requirements and objectives for the development team.


Product Development

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initiation to successful launch.
  • Set up and manage tasks in tools like ClickUp and create clear visual workflows in Figma (or similar tools).
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to maintain development schedules, budgets, and quality.
  • Evaluate product releases against defined goals and metrics, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.


Sales Enablement and Promotion

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop sales tools, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Educate the sales team on product value propositions and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.


Market Intelligence

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in key markets, including US and Europe, buyer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build consensus across teams and influence decisions at all organizational levels.
  • Support internal teams and external clients with product-related queries and training.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management roles for online or SaaS services.
  • Proven track record of managing product development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Experience in a SaaS, or similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to balance technical and business perspectives.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools like ClickUp, Figma, React.js, Node.js, AWS solutions, and understand why we use NoSQL databases and cloud-native infrastructures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Travel Requirements

    • Occasional travel for face-to-face meetings with prospective clients and on-site training sessions within the region.

    • Reporting to: Interim Chief Product Officer (and CEO)
    • Personnel Responsibility:
    • Initially outsourced R&D team oversight.
    • Potential for future team growth.
