As bunq's Employee Quality Control Specialist, you’ll:

• Design and maintain a recurring quality control process that tests whether employees are meeting bunq's expectations in various categories.
• Provide constructive and objective feedback to fill gaps identified during the quality control.
• Challenge employees by setting goals to help them reach their full potential
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build relationships across various departments.
• You are a great communicator who knows how to give constructive feedback
