About The Role

As a Scrum Master in Customer Lifecycle, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues. We are searching for a curious person that looks for new career opportunities. Customer Lifecycle Tribe is responsible for SEB’s master data solutions and customer processes. We work with business development and regulatory compliance to make these processes as customer friendly and efficient as possible. You will work in an agile development team together with other developers, business analysts and testers. Most of the team members work from Eskilstuna, but the work is also conducted from Solna in Stockholm. As a scrum master in this team, you need to work from Eskilstuna and Solna.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Worked as a scrum master or have a scrum master education.
• Experience or willingness to lead the team in their daily work, plan the different Scrum ceremonies and together create customer value.
• Ability to coach the team in the agile process, help the team to remove impediments and focus on building a high performing team through continuous improvements.
• Optimizing how the team organizes around the flow of value, where customer value flows quickly from an idea to being “in use” by customer, and assist the teams in delivering value.
• Willingness to challange existing structures, roles and practices with purpose to improve accustomed habits and to introduce new ones.
• Experience from creating and sustaining an agile learning organization, with the ability to self-organize and continuously improve.
