Agile Coach

A client of mine, in the finance sector, are currently looking for an Agile Coach to join them on a freelance mission.

This role will be 3 days a week onsite with 2 days remote, and an initial 6 month contract - with the possibility of further extensions.

The client is based in Luxembourg, and the daily rate is open depending on experience.

You will need to be a fluent English & French speaker, and available to start in the next 4 weeks.

Objective:

Support agile practices within ServiceNow project teams, with a specific focus on agile methodologies. Act as a facilitator and coach for development teams, product owners, project managers and testers to ensure effective implementation of agile processes.

Profile required:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the banking sector.
• Solid experience in implementing agile reorganization.
• Solid understanding of agile project management.
• Solid experience in agile methods and processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an agile coach in software development projects.
• Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps tool.
