Agile Coach

Objective:

We are currently looking for a freelance Agile Coach to support Agile practices our customers ServiceNow project teams, specifically focusing on Agile methodologies.

Tasks:

• Agile Transformation: Lead the transition to an Agile organization for managing all evolution and maintenance projects on the ServiceNow platform.
• Coaching: Train and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Facilitation: Facilitate all Agile meetings such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives according to the chosen methodology.
• Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts within project teams to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
• Process Optimization and Documentation: Identify and implement process improvements to maximize team efficiency.
• Quality Control of Agile Processes: Ensure that team members adhere to the selected processes.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on Agile maturity within the projects and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the banking sector.
• Strong experience in implementing Agile reorganization.
• Solid understanding of Agile project management.
• Extensive experience with Agile methods and processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach in software development projects.
• Excellent communication skills, proven leadership, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to change.
• Certification: Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus, along with other certifications in scaled Agile practices.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.

Duration:

• 6 months, renewable every 6 months (2-3 Year Scope)
• Immediate start.
• 2 days remote, 3 days on-site in Luxembourg
• Languages: English and French
