We are looking for a Middle/Senior Business Analyst to join our team. If you're passionate about driving business success through innovative solutions, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, we want to hear from you! This role will involve managing multiple projects, gathering business requirements, and delivering tailored solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and create detailed functional specifications.
Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align solutions with project goals.
Solution Design & Prototyping: Work closely with development teams to create scalable solutions, prototypes, and models that meet business needs.
Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation (business process maps, requirements, wireframes, user stories) and ensure transparency across teams.
Testing & UAT Support: Validate solutions during testing phases, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Training & Support: Offer post-deployment training and support to ensure smooth adoption and continued success with new systems.
Microsoft Platform Expertise is a plus: Design and implement effective solutions leveraging your expertise in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, etc.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, with proven experience handling multiple projects, leveraging various platforms (experience in Microsoft domain is a plus).
Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level is required, ensuring effective communication and comprehension in both written and spoken formats
Technical Skills:

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.).
Expert knowledge of Figma or similar wireframing/design tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus.
