Senior Project Managers will plan, mobilise and drive projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure. They are responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects with multiple workstreams proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, RAIDs, teams, outcomes and benefit
s.The initial assignment will be on the Financial Control Data Remediation workstream where the role holder will project management expertise to help with the remediation of all critical and high data quality issues on the CFO lis

Working closely with the Programme Manager and DAO Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment of their project(s) with the wider change portfolio and DAO Str - ategyInfluencing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and ch
- angesLeading change initiative(s), establishing robust project governance including clear sponsorship in accordance with the bank’s Change Fram
- eworkPartner with Scrum Masters to ensure facilitation of daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement and retrospec
