Senior Consultant

Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking skilled individuals to lead selection and implementation projects in Norwegian companies. If you have a strong understanding of business operations, a process-oriented mindset, and experience in project management, solution architecture, or change management, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We are looking for professionals with:

• A strong understanding of business operations and how technology can drive improvements.
• Experience discussing business and technology-related challenges with subject matter experts and process owners.
• A process-oriented mindset and solid functional understanding.
• Preferably, some experience with contract negotiations, such as drafting implementation plans or defining testing requirements.

For implementation projects, experience in one or more of the following roles is valuable:

• Project Manager
• Solution Architect (technical and/or functional)
• Process/Function/Solution Specialist
• Deployment Lead/Change Management
• Test Lead
• Training Lead

Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies is required. Knowledge of commonly used ERP and SaaS solutions for medium to large enterprises is a plus.
