About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the technical expert for our digital retailing products, including CRM software and websites. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting customer training, and ensuring the smooth operation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert for digital retailing products, including CRM software and websites.
• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure effective use of our digital retailing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital retailing technologies and industry trends.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Technical experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is required.
• Strong understanding of digital retailing products and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
