Graphic Designer

We’re a dynamic and innovative team that believes in pushing the boundaries. We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about design, create impactful templates and dashboards, and are eager to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually engaging and impactful designs, including presentations, diagrams, templates, interactive maps, and images for internal and external stakeholders.
Create illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to communicate messages clearly and effectively.
Ensure all designs follow the company’s guidelines, style, tone, and branding.
Edit and optimize designs for various end-users and formats of presentation.
Work closely with the Sales Intelligence Manager and the International Sales Team to understand and ensure visual designs align with project goals and branding guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and software updates to keep the work fresh and innovative.
Develop, manage, and archive templates, images, maps, graphics, and presentations.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Ability to adapt to different design styles and project requirements.

Education & Experience:

A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
At least 7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI, ProMaptive, Infogram, or MapChart.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
Layout and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Basic knowledge about the weapon systems (preferred but not required)
