Marketing Manager – Bybit Pay

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Bybit Pay to drive user adoption and transaction volume.
• Manage campaigns across multiple channels (social media, paid ads, influencers, partnerships) to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with product and business development teams to create and optimize user acquisition funnels.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to refine marketing tactics.
• Track and report performance metrics, optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategies.
• Familiarity with blockchain payments, crypto wallets, and financial services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Experience in localization strategies or proficiency in a less common language is preferred (LATAM, MENA, CIS, Africa, SEA, Europe).
• Graduated from a QS 2024 Top 200 university.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred.
