Product Manager – Growth

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to optimize onboarding and product engagement.
• Analyze user data, conduct A/B tests, and implement iterative improvements.
• Identify new growth opportunities, such as referral programs, incentives, and viral loops.
• Stay updated on industry trends and user behavior to refine product positioning.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in product management, growth, or data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like SQL, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of Web3, crypto trading, or fintech user behavior.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams toward achieving growth targets.
• Graduated from a QS 2024 Top 200 university.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, master's degree is preferred.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven learning attitude and critical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to accept international assignments.
• Strong stress management skills.
