Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Web3 and AI Lead to join our team in Dubai. As a key player in our transformation journey, this role will focus on propelling our company into the next generation by merging cutting-edge Web3 technologies and AI solutions to enhance our business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and train teams across the organization on the latest developments and applications of Web3 technologies.
  • Lead the integration and application of AI solutions to improve business processes and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement blockchain and AI opportunities.
  • Design and lead workshops/seminars internally and externally to promote awareness and adoption of Web3 innovations.
  • Continuously research and evaluate new tools, emerging technologies, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for AI and Web3 initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements for the Role

  • Proven experience in Web3, blockchain technologies, and AI implementation.
  • Strong understanding of decentralized technologies and smart contracts.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capability to present complex technology concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, machine learning tools, and AI frameworks is a plus.
