Job Summary: As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI, R, and SQL/MsSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB databases, T-SQL, Google Analytics to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights to the product team. Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our products and driving business growth.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Gift Card, Loyalty, Payment Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS certified data engineers preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Job responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support product development and strategy.
• Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
• Statistical Analysis: Utilize R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling to enhance product features and performance.
• Tools:- Comfortable in creating data funnels, enable Google Analytics.
• Database and cloud :- Familiarity with AWS, R, and SQL/MsSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB databases, T-SQL etc.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation checks.
• Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
