About the Role:

Job Title: Product Designer.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product planners, and developers from the early stages through implementation
• Design relevant and impactful interactions and experiences through understanding the motivations, behaviors, and needs of our customers
• Contribute to strategic planning to align the design process with business goals and customer value
• Draw on your ability to map end-to-end experiences to propose creative solutions to complex customer journeys
• Utilize Fluent Design language and contribute to our Advertiser Design System

Requirements:

• Interaction design, Visual design, User research 2-3+ years
• Design prototyping and visual design in Figma, User research, Wireframing/sketching 3+ years
• Figma design software (1+yrs), UX/Product design (3+yrs), Visual design (3+yrs)

Location: Remote.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between CA$ 100,000- CA$ 122,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
