What You'll Be Doing

• Transform business requirements into actionable machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with measurable objectives and user needs.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for ML-powered initiatives, prioritizing features and improvements that deliver the greatest value.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and refine machine learning models, ensuring seamless user integration and technical robustness.
• Lead innovation by conceptualizing, defining, and launching new ML features while staying informed on the latest industry advancements.
• Analyze and track important metrics to evaluate product performance and guide iterative improvement.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of managing machine learning-driven products through the entire development lifecycle.
• Data driving decision making, you need familiarity with analysis machine learning product and algorithm performance to make a cohort analysis.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and data analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and product goals.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale data sets and deploy ML models in production environments.
• Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving with a focus on delivering user-first solutions.

• Familiarity with ad-tech or related industries, leveraging machine learning for challenges like recommendation systems or real-time optimization.
• Experience with working with engineers and data scientists on improving ML products that are written in PyTorch with DLRM/DIN/SIM framework, showcasing your proficiency in modern ML frameworks.
