We are looking for a highly skilled SolMan (ALM) Lead to join an innovative project within a prominent government organization focused on large-scale digital transformation. This role is critical in leveraging SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) as an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool to support seamless IT operations and enhance system performance across the enterprise.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Solution Manager for end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Manage the configuration and customization of SolMan functionalities, including Change Management, Test Management, and Solution Documentation.
  • Oversee system performance monitoring, issue tracking, and resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all SolMan-related initiatives and provide technical guidance to project teams.


Mandatory Skills Description:

  • From 6 years of experience in the field
  • Proven expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), with in-depth knowledge of ALM functionalities (e.g., Test Suite, ChaRM, ITSM, Solution Documentation).
  • Experience in implementing and managing SolMan in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SolMan.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for effectively managing stakeholders and project teams.


Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • Certification in SAP Solution Manager or related areas.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their application in IT service management.
