Location Engagement Specialist

Job Overview

Wargaming Kyiv is looking for a Location Engagement Specialist to enhance our workplace culture and strengthen our studio's presence in the gaming industry. This role will focus on creating a dynamic and engaging work environment, promoting Wargaming as an employer of choice, and driving initiatives that positively impact both employees and the wider community.

What will you do?

Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement (internal and external). Analyze and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, with actionable recommendations.
  
  

Employer Branding:

• Promote the Wargaming Kyiv as a desirable workplace through strategic communication.
• Strengthen the company's industry presence via participation in external events, thematic sites, job portals, and organization of in-house professional events and meetups.
• Collaborate with HR, PR, and Internal Communications teams.
  
  

Vendor Management:

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms within budget constraints.
  
  

Social Media Management:

• Create and execute SMM strategies; manage corporate social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook).
  
  

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

• Design and lead CSR initiatives focused on sustainability and community impact.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational and event planning expertise.
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Understanding of HR practices and employee engagement principles.
• Analytical mindset for measuring and improving engagement efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English (additional languages may be an advantage).
  
  

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in employee engagement, HR, or people management.
• Familiarity with employee engagement tools and software is a plus.

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
