Frontend Developer-Product Development Specialist

We are seeking to hire Front End Developers to join our team. If you're a creative front-end web developer ideally also having full stack development experience and is a passionate self-starter with a flair for identifying and resolving obstacles and managing timelines, we would want to meet you.

Highlight of the engagement opportunity

• Nature of role: Full time (on site)
• Number of years of experience expected: 0-5 Years
• Areas of past experience preferred: Front-end web development for an application or platform, fullstack development with focus on front-end as well
• Educational qualification expected: B.E. Computer Science/ IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)
• Additional qualifications/ certifications required: Specific certifications in web technologies will be considered favourably
• Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
• Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
• Application experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Reach Native, Python, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, DevOps
• Location of talent engagement: Goa

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of React
• Basic understanding of technology

Key responsibility areas:

• Hands-on development and improvement of the Revolutio platform UI (web-based and mobile based as well)
• Integration of front-end with back-end databases and other technologies ▪ Actively contribute towards the full development lifecycle (requirements refinement, development, testing, bug fixing and go-live activities)
• Release preparation and fixes
• Work alongside team members with regards to troubleshooting and knowledge sharing

Other important information:

• Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
• Period of engagement: Full time
• Probation period: 6 months
• Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
• Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.
• Other benefits: Other employment benefits including medical insurance will be informed during the compensation discussion.

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

• Personal interviews: There are expected to be at least 3 rounds of online interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
• Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.

Preparation required:

It is recommended that you prepare on some of the following aspects before the selection process:

• Understanding of the fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Understanding of the functions and methods of the coding languages.
• Demonstrate proficiency with back-end server-side languages like Python/C++/Java and database technology such as MySql /Oracle/MongoDB.
