Job Area:

• Join one of Samsung's Global Design offices, located in Latin America, where we shape digital experiences for mobile, wearable, and digital appliances. Contribute to creating innovative, user-centered products with local and global impact.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct desk research, field studies, and trend analysis to identify local opportunities and emerging trends;
• Develop hypotheses with potential relevance for both local and global audiences, aligning with market needs, user preferences, and lifestyles;
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and design concepts;
• Develop ideas that cater to different generations, scenarios, and usage patterns, ensuring user-centric solutions;
• Propose design directions and create interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations;
• Develop user flow interactions and interface guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across projects;
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects, offering support to team members to meet deadlines and quality standards;
• Actively participate in building team knowledge and skills, fostering trust and confidence among members to create a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related areas: Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI, Computer Science..
• Expertise in UX/UI design processes and tools, including prototyping and usability testing;
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights;
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, multi-project environment;
• Good communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly;
• Strong delivery-oriented, ensuring all deliverables are carefully planned, managed, and aligned with project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Nice to have: Create compelling visuals for concept presentations and prototype demonstrations;
• Advanced Communication Skills in English (mandatory)
