Position Overview
The HR / Recruitment Assistant will play a key role in supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on recruitment and onboarding. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy and experienced in managing data and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Work within Greenhouse to maintain clean and accurate data, ensuring candidate pipelines are up-to-date
- Organize and update candidate notes, feedback, and records on time
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates as needed
- Generate and distribute recruiting reports to track progress and metrics
- Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers
Onboarding Assistance
- Prepare and manage onboarding documentation for new hires
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless transition for new employees
- Collaborate with HR and IT to set up equipment and systems for new employees
HR Administrative Tasks
- Support the review cycle by updating spreadsheets across the company and ensuring data is accurately reflected in Lattice
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports and summaries for HR and Recruiting metrics
- Research HR best practices and tools to support ongoing initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an HR or Recruiting environment
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Lattice (or other performance management tools). This is a must
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high level of accuracy
