Job Description

KPMG Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team in Sydney. This entry-level role will focus on data cleansing and support testing for our HR system transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity Checks Perform data integrity checks across multiple P&I systems such as SAP, SmartRecruiters, Culture Amp, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SAP HRIS Project Support Assist with an exciting SAP HRIS project, focusing on data cleansing, identifying data quality issues, and providing resolutions during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Talent Acquisition Support Support in checking and validating talent acquisition data.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting Support the wider People & Inclusion team with various ad-hoc reporting requirements.



Qualifications

  • Experience Entry level role (1+ years experience)
  • Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills to convey insights and collaborate with various teams.
