Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support in executing our people initiatives as well as driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. You will have the ability to partner effectively with frontline team members and other site based operational stakeholders to provide end to end HR support.
This is a high profile role where you will lead a number of new and existing Human Resources initiatives while driving best practice employee engagement and retention.
To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.

Key job responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
- Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and communication
- Coaching and mentoring of leaders from across the Fulfillment Center teams
- Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision making
- Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared with other Fulfillment Center teams
- Collaborate effectively across an number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll, Legal
- Support in developing innovative, user-friendly shift models
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
- 3+ years human resource business partner experience
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Master's Degree or MBA in HRM
- Proficiency with HRIS System
- Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
- CV that demonstrates career progression within an HR capacity over the last 3 years
