Love frontend but don't mind rolling up your sleeves and tackling some backend work too? In this role, you'll mostly work on front end but will have the chance to dip into backend tasks when needed.

You will get a chance to work with our awesome engineers, designers, and product managers in a challenging environment whose focus will be creating a seamless, intuitive, and personalized experience that helps users work better and enjoy every interaction. Working on both improving the user experience and improving the platform libraries to achieve platform-wide consistency.

Our engineering team operates in independent tribes, ensuring flat hierarchies and scalability. Each tribe is self-sufficient with full ownership of its area. Developers enjoy a lot of freedom: they choose missions to work on, and after completing a mission, they return to the launchpad to recover and prepare for the next one. Your new adventure:

• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, well-tested code on time.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews, offering constructive feedback to your peers.
• Contribute to backend tasks when needed.
• Build and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and performance. Take ownership of deployments, monitoring, and maintaining live services.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, swiftly addressing alerts and resolving production incidents.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and helping them grow and succeed.
• Continuously optimize and enhance the developer experience.
• Design and implement scalable, highly available systems across multiple data centers.
  
  

Does this sound like you?

• 3+ years of experience with software development
• Experience with Javascript (ES6+), Typescript, Node.js, React.js
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to step outside of your comfort zone, adapt quickly, and deliver solutions efficiently
• Experience with some of the following technologies is an advantage: PHP, MySQL, Redis, Apache Kafka
• Solid understanding of security threats and how to mitigate them
• Past contributions to the open-source community are a plus
• Experience with multi-data center services is an advantage
