Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer, you'll lead the charge in transforming complex data into actionable insights. Your work will shape decision-making across the organization and enhance the value we provide to our customers. Collaborate with skilled analysts, scientists, and business teams, all while leveraging the latest Power BI tools. Reporting to our Engineering Manager for Data and Analytics, you’ll drive innovation and redefine how we utilize data. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs. 
• Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to develop impactful solutions. 
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements for data visualization. 
• Ensure data security, data quality, and compliance with best practices. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analyst, or Power BI Developer. 
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and DAX. 
• Proficiency in data modeling and visualization techniques. 
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Bonus Skills: 

• Power BI certifications. 
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
