Job Description
You will:
- Develop innovative product features revolutionising how people apply to jobs.
- Tackle complex problems in software design and scalability.
- Conduct research to enhance cost efficiency and performance.
- Strengthen the security and privacy posture of Bluco’s platform.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have a strong base of Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, security, operating systems, networking).
- A strong communicator who thrives on collaborating, knowledge sharing, and proactively reaches out for help when needed.
- Comfortable writing code (experience with Typescript, React, Next.JS and PostgreSQL is a plus).
