• Troubleshoot and implement innovative solutions in cross-functional teams.
• Drive productivity improvements using GenAI and cutting-edge advancements.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams, providing feedback, and scaling systems sustainably through automation.
• Proficiency in distributed teams, diverse programming languages, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Background in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.

Soft & Technical Skills

• Strong critical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in GraphQL, Node.js, React.js, AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, DynamoDB), and GenAI tools like AWS Q and Chat-GPT.
• High energy, confidence, and a service-oriented mindset.

Education & Languages

• MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
