Group Payroll Project Manager

We are seeking a Group Payroll Project Manager to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject;
• Ideally over 5 years’ experience in a HR data management & payroll;
• Proven experience in payroll coordination in an international environment (France, Italy, Nordic country);
• Proven experience in a data management;
• Understanding of payroll specificities & HR processes; 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and proficient in PowerPoint;
• Rigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline driven;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
