We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Generalist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with your other People team members, your focus will be on supporting People Operations and Talent Management for our Berlin and Zürich office.

We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Generalist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with your other People team members, your focus will be on supporting People Operations and Talent Management for our Berlin and Zürich office.
What You Will Do
- Main point of contact for all HR-related enquiries and provide expert advice to staff and managers
- Manage and control the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, absence management and offboarding
- Oversee preparatory payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, deductions and benefits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and external payroll service providers
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of local HR related policies, procedures and compliance with employment regulations and labour laws
- Work with the management team to improve employee retention through prompt processing and resolution of issues
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compensation, benefits, and preparatory payroll.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex employee relations issues and implementing HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
