THE JOB:

We are looking for a Brand Designer who will focus on the visual aspects and the overall brand concept. You will start with HR branding and continue with developing the DeoVR brand. Your role will include crafting compelling visual content and developing a cohesive brand identity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the brand strategy and visual identity while creating visually appealing designs, including logos, banners, social media graphics, and animations.
• Understand the needs of the target audience and turn them into easy-to-use design solutions.
• Collaborate with different teams to integrate design into projects.
• Ensure designs work well on different platforms and offer a great user experience.
• Keep brand consistency across all designs, following guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas.
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3+ years of Brand Design experience.
• Skilled in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Expert in creating design systems for smooth user experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing projects and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Collaborative skills for working with front-end developers.
• Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines.
• Fluency in English (B2 and above).

• Multilingual, especially in Russian.
