Quality Assurance Engineer

📣 For our client, a high-tech company, which is one of the world's leading designer and developer of electronic paper solutions, we are looking for an independent and highly autonomous Quality Assurance Engineer.

📌 Quick role description

·      This is a full-time role: Quality Assurance Engineer.

·      The candidate will become a member of the development team and will take care of the quality standard in this role.

·      The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for handling the scope of work and tasks between automation and manual testing.

·      Cooperation with the development team (FE, FE) with higher focus on Front-end (QA).

🧩Qualifications/past experience:

·      Past experience in QA engineering roles (at least 3+ years).

·      Independent and autonomous person who will independently handle the scope of work within the QA role of responsibilities.

·      Experience with automation and Python, PyTest.

·      Basic knowledge of Mocha, Selenium, Python, Javascript desirable.

·      Focus: automation is very important in the long run.

·      Past experience with end to end tests, integration tests, etc.

·      Experience with GitLab pipeline.

🔥 First challenges:

·      Taking over existing the existing processes and QA that is currently in place. The first challenge in the position will be in terms of focus (software/hardware QA), there will be many requests from different areas, so the challenge will be in terms of focus and priority at work.
