Description:
• Validation and implementation of functional and non-functional requirements in agreement with business / IT principles and practices.
• Provide high level effort estimation for the implementation of the designed solutions during sprint planning.
• Develop and configure new functionality in line with the IAM architectural principles, the company IAM strategy and the standard IAM processes.
• Drive standardization, automation and pro-activity.
• Actively participate is the Agile/Scrum events.
• Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities/functionalities according to the specifications. Stakeholder management.
• Timely and clear communication, share information and knowledge.
• Share responsibility and leverage expertise of others.
• Strong RHEL knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Linux environments, including patch management and security hardening.
• LDAP expertise: Proven experience in managing RHDS and eDirectory, including replication, schema management, and performance tuning.
• Automation skills: Ability to write scripts for automating repetitive tasks and configuring monitoring tools.
• You are familiar with and have hands-on experience with most of the products mentioned, e.g. Docker, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Python and Postman.
• Security-focused: Experience with securing LDAP environments and applying compliance policies.
• Problem-solving abilities: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve LDAP issues quickly.
Desirable Skills
• Min 5 years professional experience with Directories in general. Extensive experience with Red Hat Linux and RHDS is a must have, or alternatively 5 years’ experience with NetIQ eDir and IDM.
• In-Depth knowledge on troubleshooting connector/driver issues.
• In-Depth knowledge on Directories administration and operations.
• Hands on experience working in RHEL environment.
• Knowledge on various aspects like Monitoring, automating, scripting, performance tuning, ServiceNow.
• Experience with working in an Agile team and working DevOps. Able to be developed and implement CICDCT based automation;
• Capable of identifying improvements in test and development processes and used technology.
• Sound understanding of security, e.g. technologies used, best practices, and security policy frameworks.
