Key Responsibilities

• Software Design & Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust enterprise applications.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead medium and large projects, guide less experienced engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, DevOps, product managers, and other stakeholders to evaluate tools, technologies, and solutions.
• Technology Advocacy: Recommend technology adoptions and framework improvements based on industry trends, patterns, and best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to ensure systems meet user requirements, collaborating with QA teams to develop comprehensive test plans.
• Agile Practices: Use disciplined approaches to analyze technical challenges, estimate effort, and deliver solutions in an agile environment.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve software issues promptly, document solutions thoroughly, and support production systems with urgency when required.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing engineering practices, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and supported in their roles.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular).
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
• Experience with cloud-native applications using Azure, AWS, Docker, or similar technologies.
• Development Practices:
• Proficient in agile methodologies with experience leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and computer science fundamentals.
• Problem-Solving & Communication:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
