Operations Developer

This role is perfect for someone eager to make an impact by ensuring smooth crypto transaction workflows while developing Python scripts to optimize operations.

What You Will Do

• Develop Python scripts to automate & streamline crypto transaction workflows
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers and operations teams to optimize existing solutions
• Ensure funds are available across platforms for trading by checking balances and manually moving funds where needed.
• Oversee the entire trade process, including handling deposits, completing settlements, and tracking trades to ensure everything runs as planned
• Support preparation of financial data by reconciling exchange balances with internal systems and contributing to accurate financial reports
• Analyze data and gather insights to support decision-making processes
• Participate in other day-to-day crypto transaction operations
  
  

What We Expect

Must-Have

• Strong knowledge of Python programming
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or personal projects count!)
• Motivation and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently & take ownership of project
  
  

Extra Points For

• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and operational workflows
• Knowledge of accounting and/ or financial statements
• Hands-on experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
• Interest in data research, big data, or data science
• Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment automation
