What You Will Do

• Communication: Explain complex issues in simple, understandable terms to clients. Write professional emails, manage helpdesk tickets, and maintain clear documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze issues to identify root causes and offer practical, effective solutions. Provide timely assistance and develop customized solutions, potentially utilizing software to address client needs.
• Proactive Case Management: Collaborate with the team to manage open cases, ensuring that responses are provided within the agreed-upon timescales.
• Creating and Executing Test Cases: Develop test cases based on defined requirements and execute them after improvements or changes have been made to the system.
• Maintaining Solution Documentation: Keep solution documentation up-to-date to ensure it accurately reflects current system functionality, processes, and any changes.
• End-User Training: Provide training to end-users upon request, ensuring they are fully equipped to use software or systems effectively.
• Analyzing Software Requirements: Review and analyze software requirements, and communicate system change requests or errors to the development or technical team.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• High IT aptitude: productivity software (MS Office, Gmail), logical and mathematical reasoning, analytical skills
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of IT systems: Active Directory, SQL Server, Windows server, Linux etc.
• Experience in script languages – nice to have
• Ability to formulate precisely tasks and assignments for team members defining priorities
• Fluency in English , Latvian and Russian are required
• Good time management skills
