Department overview:
The ICT and Security Risk Department of Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. is in charge of information security, IT and cyber security risk of the Bank. ICT and Security Risk Department defines the security requirements by establishing a comprehensive framework including policies, procedures and controls to respond to evolving threats, business and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for an experienced ICT and Security Risk on a permanent contract to join a team of information security professionals.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Support the department in performing the collective objectives as the second line of defense
- Understanding technical IT and security architecture, review and suggest improvements
- Collaborating with the Head of Department to improve ICT and security risk management framework
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks in IT landscape
- Review, verify and test the ICT risk treatment and controls
- Monitor and verify the security posture of the Bank
Job requirements:
- Relevant experience in information security and ICT risk management
- Educational background in Computer Science, IT or Information Security
- Have a strong understanding of cybersecurity and ICT Risk Management frameworks, industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO27 Standards, NIST Framework, DORA)
- Knowledge of IT operational security and monitoring (SIEM) is an added value
- Proactively support business and IT teams for assessing security and ICT Risk
- Participate in ICT and security projects
- Adopting a growth mind-set, promoting a culture of security
- Excellent team player with proactive and autonomous work ethics
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Awareness of professional ethics, risk and compliance
- Fluent in English
