Professional Experience:

  • Extensive experience as an IT Architect, particularly in building platforms or services that enhance corporate productivity.
  • Background in designing developer-facing tools, platforms, or APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques applicable to code analysis, generation, and optimization.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries relevant to developer tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Codex.
  • Familiarity with AI patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and their applications in developer tools.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent architectures.
  • Skill in producing comprehensive technical documentation for developer-facing AI services.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard developers to new tools.

Developer Tools and Frameworks:

  • Familiarity with modern programming languages and software development frameworks: python, typescript.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions within IDEs.

Architecture and Design:

  • Proven ability to architect scalable, maintainable services that provide code recommendations, blueprint generation, or architecture design patterns.
  • Strong background in conducting architectural studies, technical analysis, and developing strategies, policies, and best practices for AI deployment.

Innovation and Problem Solving:

  • Ability to identify developer pain points and propose AI-driven solutions to streamline coding, debugging, and architectural planning.
  • Innovative mindset to leverage AI for automating repetitive tasks in software development.

Service Orientation:

  • Commitment to enhancing productivity and satisfaction through innovative AI service solutions.

Communication:

  • Effective communication skills in English to present complex AI capabilities in an understandable manner to development teams.
  • Continuous Improvement and Feedback:
  • Ability to collect and analyze feedback to refine and improve AI services continuously.
