Junior Java Software Engineer

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing software for Smart-Traffic and Data Analytics solutions
  • Develop clean, reusable code which is easy to maintain and to extend
  • Testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues and to productize software
  • Ready to contribute effectively giving your team less work down the line
  • Work closely with Product & Development teams to produce top quality work

Your Profile

  • Degree in Information Technology or similar
  • Have familiarity with agile development such as Scrum, Kanban
  • Skills in Java programming (Spring Boot)
  • Knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases
  • Knowledge of CI/CD
  • Advanced English level

Good To Have

  • Working experience with test automation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Databases and Distributed Messaging
  • Familiar with Cloud Services such as Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge about container technologies
  • Knowhow on GIS and spatial data
  • Knowledge of Spanish

Other Skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Teamplayer. Proactivity, eager to learn and passionate.
  • Performance oriented mind and solution driven personality.
  • Ready to contribute in the agile way of working
