What skills do you need to have?

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in big data, advanced analytics, and AI, with a strong track record in project management.
• Expertise in big data tools and platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Hadoop, Spark) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage end-to-end big data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models and data pipelines for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
