Your role

  • Ensure adherence to HR procedures, practices, directives, systems and regulations available in the organization.
  • Support HR community with administrative, executional and analytical tasks
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support and prepare internal and external audits
  • Reporting of wage-relevant data to payroll and related administration
  • Provide internal and external HR Reports
  • Drive, Promote and Support new HR projects in the organization
  • Provide general HR support to employees around the employee lifecycle and provide guidance on HR knowledge content, such as global & local HR policies, How-To, etc.
  • Guide employees and leaders in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems
  • Manage HR data quality and perform transactions in Workday and other HR systems
  • Foster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement, company culture, and engagement;
  • Support HR development and training programs in the organization

Your Background

  • University degree mandatory – plus if in Human Resources management.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position in HR.
  • Portuguese and English are mandatory
  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of Portuguese labor regulations
