The $SRC Ecosystem is an ambitious, innovative project that seeks to revolutionize trade finance and global supply chain management by leveraging AI, blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenization to bridge the $2.5 trillion trade finance gap. We aim to make trade finance more accessible to SMEs (Small and medium enterprises), democratize access to global trade opportunities, and drive economic growth through decentralized, transparent, and efficient solutions.


About The Role:


Do you want to become a senior member to develop end-to-end digital trade finance and global supply chain solutions worldwide and fast-growing Silk Road economies? We are looking for an outstanding CFO with a successful track record in fundraising in a web3 environment through mostly crypto token sales.


As CFO, you are also responsible for managing the company’s fundraising, investments, and M&A strategy, constantly scanning market opportunities, and driving the overall strength of the company’s financial position. The individual will play a key role in allowing the $SRC Business Ecosystem to realize its commercial ambitions.


The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include:


  • Manage the fundraising process for the project through $SRC Token sales to meet the short and long-term objectives
  • Manage and onboard web3 investors from both VCs and non-Vcs to the $SRC ecosystem on the SAFT deal
  • Manage and onboard liquidity providers for $SRC Ecosystem Liquidity Marketplace to finance trade transactions
  • Manage and onboard financial institutions to $SRC ecosystem as LP and ecosystem service provider
  • Direct management of the investment strategy unit with a focus on the SRC token
  • Establish connections and build relationships with new and existing private and institutional investors
  • Manage deal negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Formulate effective and well-organized investment processes
  • Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies
  • Attend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements, and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes.
  • Fosters an environment of exhausted transparency, open, honest, and timely communication
  • Write clear and well-informed investment and M&A recommendations based on thorough research and analysis
  • Perform regular administration duties of all investment files
  • Responsible for investment policies and direction of investment management activities


About You


We are seeking a strategic sales leader, who enjoys complex problem solving, works effectively in multi-cultural teams with complementary strengths, and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving:


  • Doctor`s or Master`s degree in finance or M.B.A from a top business school (Required)
  • CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYST® or progress toward designation (Preferred)
  • 15+ years of work experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a related field with an understanding of trade finance, supply chain finance, and global supply chain
  • Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in finance
  • 10 years or more investment/ analysis experience including a senior leadership role
  • Experienced Fundraiser with 7+ years as Head of Investment and 5+ years in crypto assets
  • Strong investment team leader who has managed > $1B across traditional and alternative asset classes (Required)
  • Demonstrated skills and experience working in private and alternative markets (i.e., hedge funds, private equity, family office) (Required)
  • Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making
  • A comprehensive product-sourcing network in the banking and investment advisory industry
  • Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Unwavering attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple and varied tasks independently
  • Ability to effectively work and lead in an international team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex matters independently
  • Strategic, management, and tactical experience with investment concepts, practices, and procedures
  • The ability to lead, delegate, coach, and mentor, and the desire to work with a team to achieve common goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner
