We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Bucharest!

What You'll Get To Do

• Manage project development from initiation to closure;
• Maintain communication with project beneficiaries and manage their expectations;
• Perform all PM specific activities: project planning, scheduling, time, progress and resource tracking;
• Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timelines;
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;
• Mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle;
• Track and report on project milestones and provide activity status reports – monitoring progress against baseline;
• Identify risks that may affect the project outcome and alert relevant parties to them;
• Inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution;
• Clearly communicate expectations and requirements to team members and stakeholders, both internal and external;
• Analyze existing workflows and procedures propose ways to improve them;
• Stay updated regarding project management procedures and best practices and put them into practice in assigned projects;
  
  

What You Need To Know

• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project or product management;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, and how to interact with project team members;
• Project documentation and business specifications management;
• Experience using the following software: Microsoft Office suite, JIRA/Confluence, Monday, MS VISIO;
• Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills;
• Excellent organizational, budgetary and time management skills;
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent responsibilities and appropriately communicate and escalate issues;
• Analytic mind (strategic thinking);
• Result oriented with problem solving skills.
• Technical University/Computer Science or University of Economics / Business-Management;
  
  

Here's What We Offer

• Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
• Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
• Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)
• Support for New Parents:
• - 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
• - 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
