Senior SW Project manager

We are now looking for a Senior SW Project Manager with experience from development of Embedded Systems and/or Cyber Security to the DeLaval Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Project and Program execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project, while efficiently managing dependencies and risk efficiently.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration Build efficient program and project teams, provide direction, and fostering open communication to achieve objectives efficiently.
• Stakeholder collaboration Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders, including upper management, product management, IT, engineering, supply chain, and market, ensuring transparency and involvement.
• Strategic planning Establishing goals and plans by understanding and aligning with long-term organizational goals, securing the project expected benefit and business case.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Extensive experience in managing software development projects within a product development environment, preferably in complex systems integrating both hardware and software components.
• Several years of experience with agile methodologies, combined with the ability to adapt to hybrid approaches incorporating elements of a more traditional waterfall model.
• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Experience of SW cyber security is beneficial

Additional Information

The position will be part of the Division Product Development and will report to the Swedish PMO manager at Product Development. This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLaval’s headquarters in Tumba, south of Stockholm. We offer a hybrid workplace model, allowing flexibility to work remotely. Travel will be part of this position.
